Anne Simonnet is the Head of Sustainability and Compliance at Foodbuy. Anne is a sustainability expert with a Food Procurement background and has over 20 years’ experience in the Hospitality industry, including with Ikea and the Organic European leader Ecotone.
She is currently leading the sustainability and carbon emissions reduction strategy for Foodbuy , Compass UK&IE ( FTSE 100) supply chain.
Anne studied at CISL and is currently sitting on the Soil Association Exchange advisory board, an initiative to help define regenerative agriculture and sustainable farming
