Andy has held senior roles at Network Rail and Heathrow Airport as Procurement Director and has more than twenty years experience transforming supply chains, collaborating to deliver major capital programmes and working with suppliers to create sustainable solutions.
At Heathrow, Andy supported the business vision of creating a sustainable supply chain (Heathrow 2.0) whilst not dramatically affecting operating costs. This included cost-effective green electricity supply, delivering a Road-Map for the introduction of the London Living Wage to 3,000 supplier colleagues, transforming to electric transport and achieving Carbon Trust level 3 for the supply chain.
Andy led the procurement function at Network Rail to deliver customer focused procurement and contract management strategies within a rapidly devolving organisation.
Andy was Finance and Commercial Director for Reading Station, Crossrail On-Network Works and Great Western Route Modernisation for six years before being Project Director for the West of England area, which included the largest track and signalling projects delivered by Network Rail.
Throughout all of these experiences, Andy has been privileged to work with and motivate fantastic teams of highly professional procurement and project colleagues.
Neil Hill has nearly 30 years’ experience in supply chain leadership, strategic thinking and change management, with a specialism inthe engineering and automotive sectors. With a strong backgroundin the implementation of continuous improvement methodologies,Neil has facilitated multi-million-dollar savings, whilst creatingimpressive growth and profi tability
