Built and developed a strong career in Supplier Management spanning 15 years+, with a deep-rooted passion for equality, diversity and inclusivity and by combining these, a real advocate for supplier diversity demonstrated in current role at the BBC as supplier diversity lead within the BBC's Responsible Procurement Taskforce as well as being chair of Council for Supplier Diversity UK. The fundamental purpose of the council is offer support to corporates either on or embarking on the journey a more diverse supply base as well working in collaboration with many organisations which represent underrepresented suppliers.
