He has more than 20 years of experience in leading supply chain operations, network design, and optimisation practices across different industries. Coldrick’s passion lies in the use of data to eliminate waste and has focused on waste in the supply chain, such as excess working capital and complex supply networks. He is also passionate about performance maximisation, decision-making, data capture and cost prevention.
